First of all, I would like to thank Linda and Casey for being great hosts on Saturday afternoon at the birthday party....The food was fantastic!!! Loved everything that was served.....Service was top notch !! When I come back to Harmony I will definitly be back for drinks and dinner

A great spot for dinner or drinks in the Phillipsburg area. An extensive drink and food menu to please anyone in your group. My family and I shared a few appetizers that were delicious! The scallops are a must try and the watermelon salad was great with a lot of ricotta salata which is my favorite! For entree I had the chicken Caesar wrap which was standard, could've used more dressing and flavor but the quality of bar food you'd expect. The outdoor patio is so nice and the live music was great! It was a hot day so we chose to eat inside but unfortunately the AC wasn't working properly. Our server was very sweet and attentive and I will definitely come back, especially for those scallops!

Went to Tiptons Tavern for my birthday dinner. I had the best steak I have ever had and I just turned 58!! REALLY REALLY GREAT FOOD!

Tonight we were looking for a new place to go to for our 10 year wedding anniversary and we chose Tiptons. We made a reservation and were greeted by smiling faces. We went to our table and were greeted by Riley who was an exceptional waitress. She was on top of everything and our food came out hot and delicious. Our 7 year old said wow this has to be our new place and we have to come 5 days a week from now on. I can't wait to come back to try other things, huge shout out to Riley for being such a great server!

Wonderful food! Second time being here and it was delicious. Pretzel was absolutely huge and amazingly good. Tuscany chicken sandwich I highly recommend. Will be back!

I contacted Tipton's Tavern month's in advance in planning our high school class reunion. Not only did I get a timely response, but a wealth of information which heavily weighed in on the final decision of making the reservation. The whole process was seamless, and all questions were answered timely by Linda Tipton. Fast forward to event: everything went well, very well! Better than expected. We chose the Tavern Party Menu, which is a condensed menu including every protein option, salad , and dessert. KC was the assigned server, and she handled our group, approximately 50, flawlessly. I had zero complaints, and many words of praise! Our class will definitely consider using this venue again and I encourage those of you hosting a large crowd to check out reservations in their private dining rooms.

Went to Tiptons with a group of friends for dinner. It's in a beautiful old historic building which had a great atmosphere. Our waitress was very friendly. She explained the specials of the day and took our drink order. She brought our drinks quickly and they were quite tasty. Then we gave our food order. I ordered the beef tips with broccoli and French fries, which also came with a side salad. The salad was fresh with lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots. My beef tips were a little tough but I did love the fresh cut fries. I'd like to return for more drinks and some wings and other apps.

Went here for brunch. Drinks were good. If you want a higher end Bloody Mary, order the Tipton's Bloody Mary. Service was fast. I had the hash brown combo and my husband had steak and eggs. Everything was cooked perfectly. The rest of the menu looks great and we will definitely be back again.

Can't beat the outside atmosphere here a stream, farm in the distance and nice bar. Service was quick and kind. Food was good I will ask to not have the steak topper of aoli and bread crumbs next time. Goat cheese croquettes were good rosemary was a little strong inside them.
